Harmonia Massage Package – Terms & Conditions

1. Package Validity

• The package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• All massages must be used within this period. Unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Availability

• Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Clients are encouraged to book their sessions at least 1-2 weeks ahead to secure preferred time slots.

• The package is valid only for services provided by Harmonia Massage and Body Works and cannot be transferred to other therapists or businesses.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited from the package.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

• The package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• The package is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon with Harmonia Massage.

5. Session Duration & Services

• Each session in the package corresponds to the massage length agreed upon at the time of purchase (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes).

• Sessions cannot be split or shared with others.

6. Expiration & Extensions

• All sessions must be used within 12 months.

• Extensions may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as medical conditions, with prior approval.

7. Health & Medical Considerations

• Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or special considerations before each session.

• Harmonia Massage reserves the right to refuse service if a massage is deemed unsafe for the client’s health.

8. Price & Package Adjustments

• Prices are subject to change; however, once purchased, the package price remains fixed for the duration of its validity.

• Additional services requested outside the package will be charged separately.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• Harmonia Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior. Any violation of professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the package without a refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing the package, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
